Submission Requirements:
Detailed project description
Site plan and/or survey showing the location of the change
Any other important information regarding the materials used & the physical changes to the land

While most requests to the ARC are resolved in 5-10 days, the committee is allowed up to 30 days for final decisions. Please do not schedule contractors or begin work until you have received written approval by the ARC.
